Sweet Cakes by Kathleen LLC is where your wedding cake experience begins! As one of the most important center pieces of the reception, the wedding cake must not only taste delicious but it also must encapsulate the couple's vision of their dream wedding. My job as your wedding cake designer is to make that happen! Using only the highest quality ingredients along with my meticulous attention to detail, your custom wedding cake will not only be a beautiful show stopper but it will also taste amazing!

 

The process begins with a private wedding cake consultation with the couple in my weatherized gazebo. During this time, couples will sample four flavors of cake and four buttercreams and/or fillings. I will guide the couple in their flavor choices, size of cakes required to serve their guests,  as well as realizing their wedding cake design concept. I create sketches of various designs for the couple to consider which allows them to ultimately formulate their dream wedding cake. By the time the wedding consultation is finished, my goal is to have the couple leave feeling confident that their cake will be beautiful and delicious!

 

In addition to the cake, I also offer cupcakes and cake pops. For large weddings, sheet cakes are available to accompany the main cake.
